Tal, a new way to think about jobs

GOAL
Design the full 0→1 product experience for a career agent that finds jobs, knows your resume, and talks like a human.
ROLE
Solo product designer. Owned onboarding, chat, job cards, preferences, and virality.

Most career tools feel like forms. You fill them out, submit, and wait. Tal was a different bet: what if the product itself was the conversation? No onboarding screens, no setup wizards. You open the app and it's already talking to you.

The challenge was figuring out what that actually means at every touchpoint. Chat, job cards, preferences, virality. Each surface had to feel like the same agent, not a patchwork of features.
